This gadget is great! I started making bread about 6 months ago for fun mostly. I don’t have a mixer and mixing the dough with a spoon has always been difficult. Usually I turn the dough out on a board and mix the last bit with my hands. For the first time I was able to mix the dough completely in the bowl!
